Does it happen with you that you follow all rules about diet and exercise all week and as weekend comes you see yourself slipping from one cheat meal to second. It surely happens with me. So today I decided that I wont sleep in rather I got up at 6 AM and went for run. Can you believe it?
I also ate organic, low carb and healthy diet the whole day. Well, almost the whole day. I wanted to draft everything I took but forgot to take pictures. But here is one picture of my glamorous morning Veg Smoothie
One advice: If you are adding celery into smoothie then make sure it is pureed nicely or else like me you will be eating a lot of celery sticks in smoothie and it aint fun.
