I have always been a person who wants to change the world with a magic wand. So maybe two words that describe me more clearly are – imaginative & believer of magic. But at times, its important to just take small steps like now when I am overwhelmed with every little thing ahead of me.
One thing that I have been trying to achieve since 1st Jan 2021 is to have a better control over my daily habits and as always I had these bunch of activities lined together like getting up at 5 am, meditation, abhyanga, deep breathing, reading, writing and 10,000 more things. Eventually it became this huge task in my mind that I completely stopped working towards them. So last night, I magically decided a trick.
First goal is to sleep by 11 pm for next 5 days. That’s it. Starting today, I will switch off my lights and just get into bed at 11 pm. It doesn’t matter if I don’t get sleep for next 3 hours and I am lying still for this time. All that matter is this 5 days goal of sleeping by 11 pm.
