10 Days since I started Keto again and I must say that now its getting easier on the system. Today I happily did my intermittent fasting and then enjoyed my cheese tomato kebab and at dinner mutton curry with some onions.I also drank cider pretty much the entire day mostly because I had a tummy flu since last evening. But I can emphasize more on the fact that once you are Keto adapted, you feel less agitated towards food or craving.
Enjoying my green tea and then heding to bed. I am hoping to clock some HIIT in morning before I head to work. BTW, is drinking green tea before bed okay?
